Waking up from a good sleep can improve your health and raise your vibrations in a positive way though out the day.  Nowadays life is way more hectic than usual, we need to work more to pay bills and put food on the table for our kids.  Most people dont give sleep as much as attention then they should though having a good rested sleep might end up saving  your life.  Ignoring the importance of a good sleep can cause a lot of internal and external disturbances so  a hardy sleep is essential to a healthy lifestyle.  If you think only taking 5 hours or less a night will help you you are wrong. Longer sleep can help strengthen memories or “practice” skills learned while you were awake (this process is called consolidation).  Some people who are hard wired only sleeping little have a tougher time catching more Z’s than the common sleeper.

How To Have A Good Sleep and Dreams:

Create a soft and tranquil environment. Studies find that calming and soothing music has a positive impact of dreams themes. You would want to avoid sleeping with T.V/Movies on unless it is has positive imagery and sounds to help improve your mood.  Keeping your TV on a timer will help avoid disruptions especially During R.E.M sleep.

Cleaning your room and aromatherapy also has an positive impact on your sleep.  Take off the old sheets and tidy up areas that can shift old stagnant energy and make way for the new.

Watch what you eat.  Eating heavy junk foods before sleep should be avoided at all cost.  Keeping your sugar content down as well as avoiding alcohol can make a significant change in your sleep.  Sticking to healthy  foods with tryptophan.
