Post Dream/Reality Synchronicity

My Father passed away 20 years ago. I have only dreamt of him 3 times in 20 years. When I see him, he is always very real and substantial. I dream of him seldom but when I do , he is very real and obviously present.

I dreamt that I was in an unfamiliar dark place, foreboding. Dressed in only a pair of shorts and boots, I felt exposed. So lost - a stranger in a very strange land. I needed to use the payphone to call someone to rescue me but had no change and Nobody would help- even an old friend appeared and walked right by. Then , my Father appeared and said " I will take you home ". Thats all I remember .
_________

Awake the next day, I was taking a break from work , swimming in the hotel pool when I heard someone crying.
She was in her mid to late thirties, dressed in an odd combination of mismatched clothes and a pair of black fuzzy bedroom slippers - in 105 degree desert temperature . It seemed that she was either inebriated, taking medication and/or perhaps a bit challenged in a cognitive sense. She asked to use my cell phone , but I did not have on with me to lend .She cried some more, really pitiful and lost. I gave her $ 20 dollars for taxi fare and escorted her to a cab stand .

I'm seeing a connection but do not understand it .Was
my Father sending a message ? a messenger? Please try to assist me with this sequence.

That's interesting, this one is far more detailed! Thank you so much for sharing. You sound like a strong person!

As stated previously, you started out with:
Scarce physical resources, nobody to ask for help - apparently not even your friends! - when the absolute last-resort 'Hail Mary' as I describe came forth to assist. Also, boots? That's more specific. What kind out of curiosity?
Then, you found yourself in a position where ANOTHER person near you had not only scarce physical but scarce EMOTIONAL resources, and apparently nobody to ask for help - except you.

See, you appear to be playing a role model in this. That's why I think you are a strong person. I'm not sure if you realize it but you appear to have taken a presumably difficult experience which I cannot claim to understand, and created a strength from it. You recognize other people who need help and the drive to assist seems only second-nature.

This is important. As the Dalai Lama states, "We are same human beings." Regardless of country, culture, religion - "these are all personal matters." When you connect with someone and help them on this deep a level- even going so far as to escort someone, SHARING YOUR TIME (an impossibly valuable resource!) - you are observing that connection. These days, in places like dense cities we are surrounded by people we know for years but often never get to know them personally. You broke that boundary and helped someone on the most basic level of human compassion. It seems to me that the experience regarding your father has brought forth a means of grace and goodness for others.

I should clarify that the second part was not a dream...It was a real situation..

Oh yes, I understand that. And I appreciate your patience with my being all-over-the-place, I find this stuff quite interesting.
I meant everything I said. Isn't it a bit eerie the similarities between the dream you had, and then the experience where you recognized a person who was fundamentally lost in some sort of moment?
I'd like to say more but hopefully my suggestion can help piece together an understanding. You made a good choice, and again, any act that involves sharing your time has meaning. I learned that the hard way!
